Conrad Black is back, it appears. His recent take on riots in Britain published in the National Post is quite good. In effect, these riots are the resulting effect of more than 50 years of welfare state in the western world. Another columnist, Father Raymond J. De Souza, does a similar analysis and take a look at other sources of decay.
