Connecting the dots on Al-Qaeda: Afrikakorps 2 and the Palestinian liberation movement distraction

During these last re-broadcasts, Dave Emory explores the Al-Qaeda movement as a re-formation of Afrikakorps, the expeditionary force of Nazi Germany in North Africa, especially present in Libya, Egypt and Tunisia. The mission of Al-Qaeda, examined under that spotlight, is to incense Arab and Muslim populations against Israel, the British and the United States, in an effort to secure the oil reserves of the Middle East for the Underground Reich, the same way Afrikakorps was trying to secure them for the Third Reich. FTR #333 explores the character of Ali Hassan Salameh, apparently a CIA asset and operative of the Black September organization that helped to engineer the Munich massacre of 1972. His father, Hassan Salameh, played an important role in the Palestinian issue. A key aide to Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Hassan Salameh planned to poison the wells of Tel-Aviv. The goal was to create an uprising against the British to divert Allied troops. Fortunately, the operation failed. In this context, the Palestinian/Israeli question must be seen as a distraction to take the attention away from the real deal: oil. As Emory points out quite justly, even if Israel wouldn’t exist as a country, Arabs would still experience misery. Their suffering and poorness have another cause. There is something in their societies, surely due to their religion but also to the civilization itself from which they are the product, that blocks them from evolving and becoming prosper. Only the transformation of their minds and hearts will allow them to free themselves for this misery.

P.S.: Don’t you think that what we have witnessed during the « Arab Spring » resembles a lot to the events of WWII with Afrikakorps? Afrikakorps was present in Libya, Egypt and Tunisia…and curiously, that’s exactly where uprisings occured last winter. And the Palestinian/Israeli question used as a distraction while the real deal is oil… It seems to me that we are still where we were during WWII in these matters. If you replace the British by the United States, the situation in the Middle East is almost identical as to what it was during the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s.

Alain Finkielkraut et Tariq Ramadan s’affrontent sur le plateau de « Ce soir ou jamais »

Sacré Tariq Ramadan. Il faut dire que le type est un apologiste de haut niveau. Comme représentant et porte-parole des Frères musulmans, il est impeccable. Sa rhétorique est travaillée, sculptée, parfaitement adaptée à la société occidentale. Il en connaît toutes les failles, toutes les faiblesses et il connaît tous les trucs pour gagner la confiance de l’auditoire. Je vous le dis, sans une connaissance approfondie de l’islam, du contexte géopolitique et géostratégique mondial qui s’est installé dans les dernières années mais qui découle de la politique étrangère de l’occident depuis le dix-neuvième siècle, sans des connaissances historiques détaillées des événements marquants du vingtième siècle, du nazisme, du communisme, de la chute de l’empire ottoman et le reste, il est très difficile de bien saisir « ce qui est écrit entre les lignes » dans le discours de Ramadan. Finkielkraut répond assez bien aux interventions de Ramadan mais pas vraiment sur le fond et le problème reste entier, puisqu’il ne sert à rien de discuter avec des gens comme cela. Le rôle de Ramadan en Occident est d’endormir les populations. Il s’en fout des droits, de la démocratie, de la liberté d’expression. Tout ce qu’il veut est de ramollir notre vigilance de façon à favoriser l’acceptation de l’islam et la capitulation de notre société. Si vous ne l’avez pas encore compris, il serait temps que vous vous réveilliez.

This interview with New York journalist Don Debar offers a much more credible and more believable assessment of the situation in Libya than what we have been given by our local news providers. Debar was in Libya recently and the account that he presents here make a lot of sense. To begin with, Debar de-mythologizes the country that we call Libya by sketching certain of its social and political dimensions unknown to the vast majority of the western public. Libya, up until NATO’s military campaign against it, have had a social safety net that would make people jalous even in a country like Canada. In effect, Libyans have had free education, free healthcare. Every Libyan has had the right to own his/her house and there has been no mortgage. And there has been also a certain redistribution of oil revenues, something NATO and the « Allies » never said to us, the population. Libya, up to this military intervention, has had the highest standard of living in Africa. According to Debar, a 1000 miles of non-polluted beaches could be enjoyed by any citizens.

« Revolutionaries » of this war originate from Qatar. To this day, certain areas of Libya haven’t seen any rebels. Among other elements of this interview, we note that: Nelson Mandela credited Qaddafi for the help he provided to end Apartheid; Qaddafi had the project of creating the United States of Africa, which would have integrated its economy with the use of a currency based on gold; Qaddafi paid for a telecommunication system made in Africa. These elements seem to have entered into conflict with a project of NATO called Africom that would probably resemble a form of neo-colonialism. Lode Vanoost, former Belgian MP, expressed a similar opinion. See this previous article to get a hold of that. Again, it is a great pleasure for me to reference the work of a great journalist. Russ Baker has been doing a terrific job for many years, and since the publication of his masterpiece Family of Secrets, he hasn’t cease to work, enquire, search for trails of investigation, for leads to be able to bring new facts or evidence to the light of day on subjects or cases of interest. Here he takes on the difficult subject of Libya. I must say that what he presents in this new article makes a great deal of sense. In a nutshell, the Libyan war has been planned and orchestrated by elements of both French and Italian intelligence. The whole thing began with Qaddafi’s protocol chief, Nouri Al-Mesmari, visit to France in October 2010. Under the cover of alleged medical treatments, he began talks with French intelligence to examine the possibility of taking Qaddafi down. Among many elements Russ Baker’s excellent article dwells on, is a project that apparently was concocted by the European Union to NATO-ize the Mediterranean, strangely reminiscent of the mare-nostrum contemplated during the days of the Roman Empire. Also, mining and oil considerations have played a big role in the Libyan « uprising » if you consider that Libya exports 32% of its oil to Italy alone. Europe has no source of oil that is local. They have to import oil and other resources from neighbouring countries.

I just have one element to add and I think it is important. One year ago or so, Qaddafi threatened Europe to swarm the continent with Black immigration if the EU didn’t give him something like 5 bn euros a year. He made this incredible demand, that sounded rather like extortion or blackmail, during a two-day visit in Italy. Also during this trip, he hosted two « convert to Islam parties » which infuriated the Catholic Church. No surprise he got toppled… So first, you can familiarize yourself by listening to the interview with Russ Baker on the Peter B. Collins Show and then read the entire article. Lode Vanoost makes a pretty good assessment of the situation in Libya. In a nutshell, he says that NATO is not going to give up its position once Gaddafi has been removed. For him, we are witnessing the second colonization of Africa. While Egypt and Tunisia have seen uprisings by their citizens that led to the toppling of their dictators, Libya is experiencing something else. In effect, the « uprising » in Libya is led by armed gangs with the backing of NATO and with the use of military force. It has nothing to do with Egypt and Tunisia. He concludes the interview by saying, with great accuracy: « People or organizations who take power by violence are not really tempted to give away that power by democratic means ». Yes, indeed. And it has certainly to do with the advances of China in Africa that has taken place in the last years. The West is trying to protect its backyard.

This news is absolutely surrealistic. Things are going so fast since the start of 2011, we are having difficulty keeping up with all the changes. I began to raise your awareness in a couple of posts recently here, and here, about the impending collapse of the U.S. and the unavoidable Balkanization that would ensue. Independent republics would form, all with their own agendas. This National Post article informs us (I didn’t know, for myself) that a lot of businesses below the border (in the U.S.) have begun adapting to a new clientele that they are trying to seduce and bring to their shops: Canadians but especially Quebecers. The use of the French language is beginning to be implemented, slowly but still, fleur-de-lyses decorate windows at certain restaurants, etc. There is even a website that gives useful information to shoppers concerning border wait times, price comparisons, etc.

That is just incredible! During the French period of the colonization, the country that is called Canada today was called Nouvelle France, New France. So, is it far-fetched to envision a union of New France with New England? No. If you look at the map, you will see that what are called today the states of Maine, Vermont, New York, etc, belong to the same land mass as the Provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick. The irony here, and I can’t help but to underline it (please forgive me!) is that people south of the border seem to show a willingness to use the French language rather superior to what we could ever got out of certain Canadians here in Montreal or just over the St-Lawrence river in Ottawa. Anyhow, I am glad that it is becoming a reality. You know what, I just had an idea. A blueberry pie made with blueberries from Lac-St-Jean, served with Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, from Vermont. That would be delicious! Or French and literature classes that would be taught at the Wilhelm Reich Museum in Rangeley, Maine. Maybe someday…in our new country. Until then we will keep imagine great things for the future, because anything in life always begins with a great idea. The fleur-de-lys is here to stay and it will conquer the world.

L’excellent Loïc Tassé est de retour sur les ondes du 98,5 FM. En entrevue à l’émission de Benoît Dutrizac, le spécialiste de la Chine et professeur à l’université nous parle ici de la croissance économique de la Chine qui, il faut le rappeler, est un pays communiste, face au désarroi des États-Unis. Les Américains, bien conscients de leur décroissance et impuissants à rattraper le retard qu’ils accusent sur la Chine, improvisent et s’embourbent. Les problèmes reliés à la dette et au déficit ne sont que deux éléments parmi tant d’autres d’une situation passablement complexe. L’investissement massif rendu nécessaire par la guerre en Irak a fait exploser les dépenses, ce qui a contribué grandement au problème de la dette. Dans quelques années, la Chine sera la première économie mondiale. Une entrevue à écouter absolument pour comprendre ce qui se passe en ce moment sur la planète et en particulier le « printemps arabe ». Si l’hypothèse d’une ingérence étrangère a été évoqué pour expliquer les « révolutions » au moyen-Orient, nous en avons ici la preuve tangible. L’empire anglo-américain essaie d’augmenter son emprise sur cette région du globe pour contrer l’influence grandissante de la Chine. Mais il semble que cela ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Une entrevue de Pepe Escobar à l’émission les Boiling Frogs, donne davantage de détails et d’explications sur cet aspect du sujet.

The Great Lakes – St. Lawrence Region Summit: A region of terrific opportunities…for all kinds of folks

On June 13th 2011, the National Post published the first in a five-part series on the future of the Great Lakes region in advance of a North American summit on the subject. The Mowat Centre and Brookings Institution will hold the « Great Lakes – St. Lawrence Region Summit » on June 21st-22nd in Windsor and in Detroit. Many speakers will be heard from all over the areas concerned, i.e. two provinces, Quebec and Ontario, and 8 American states. The point of holding this conference is that there is a growing awareness in the business and political communities that regions are becoming more and more important around the world because of geographical « clustering » of populations, capital, talent, education centers, private research centers, culture centers, etc, that go beyond official borders. Since a couple of years, new industries have come to replace traditional heavy industry in the region of the Great Lakes, which is a sign that it can only grow up again after a certain period of decrease in the last decades. Canadians and Americans share the area of the Great Lakes and St-Lawrence as a land mass to live on, to prosper, to do business, and basically to be happy and enjoy freedom and democracy. The authors of the article, Matthew Mendelsohn and John Austin, recall that in 2050, 1/3 of the world’s population will live with a short supply of water, which makes the Great Lakes and St-Lawrence region a little treasure to be cherished for the future of our children, and even for us. Skipping down in the article, they mention that apparently, we have « an inability to imagine our shared future » on both sides of the border. It is probably true.

I knew it was coming. In George Orwell’s 1984, whole continents are considered regions and the world is united in a totalitarian fascist-socialist regime. After the marriage of a bunch of european countries to form the European Union, now we can already see certain movements beginning the same process in North America. The summit that will be held this week is a good idea but I think it is the symptom of something else. A political event drew my attention recently. In three U.S. states that are concerned with the Great Lakes issue, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin, moves have been made to attack the middle class and the unions, among other things. For example, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder has made some questionable manoeuvres in the last weeks concerning the future of his state.
