Commentaire: J’ai de la misère à comprendre comment des individus comme Arthur Porter et Philippe Couillard ont pu se retrouver sur le Comité de surveillance des activités de renseignement de sécurité du Canada. Vu de l’extérieur, on dirait plutôt que ce sont eux qu’il  aurait fallu surveiller…
