Discours de Maxime Bernier à Québec, décembre 2018
Je ne suis pas nécessairement d’accord avec tout ce que dit Maxime Bernier mais je trouve sa mentalité, son attitude et son approche rafraîchissantes et stimulantes. Maxime Bernier est un fédéraliste convaincu, ce que je ne suis pas, moi qui suis en faveur de la souveraineté du Québec. Néanmoins, tant que le Québec fera partie du Canada, les souverainistes québécois n’auront d’autres choix que de continuer à s’impliquer dans la politique fédérale, puisque celle-ci a un impact direct sur nos vies. Il est dans l’intérêt des Québécois d’avoir le meilleur homme possible comme Premier Ministre du Canada et Bernier est de loin le meilleur candidat en liste pour les élections de 2019. Entre autres éléments, sa politique favorable au développement de l’industrie pétrolière au Canada lui donne beaucoup de crédibilité. En effet, cela ne prend pas un doctorat en sécurité nationale pour comprendre qu’il est beaucoup plus sécuritaire pour le Canada de consommer et d’exporter le pétrole que l’on trouve ici plutôt que l’importer de pays arabes ou musulmans, qui sont souvent des terroirs générateurs de terroristes. Que dans certaines provinces comme le Québec on préfère le pétrole de l’Algérie ou du Kazakhstan à celui de l’Alberta est complètement dingue, irrationnel et irresponsable. D’ailleurs, à cet égard, il faudrait que l’on arrête de dire que le pétrole de l’Alberta est «sale». Les Albertains sont des gens respectueux, civilisés et bien élevés, ce qui n’est pas nécessairement le cas des citoyens de bien des pays qui exportent du pétrole. D’autres positions de Bernier me plaisent également, comme celle sur l’immigration. Bref, j’appuie Maxime Bernier et j’espère qu’il deviendra le prochain Premier Ministre du Canada.
Pour en finir avec le pétrole « sale » de l’Alberta et la mystique réchauffiste: Le soleil et la pulsation de la Terre
Les écologistes ressemblent de plus en plus à de vieux curés recyclés en chamanes bobos des esprits de la nature. Le pétrole de l’Alberta, devenu véritablement le symbole du mal dans la mythologie du réchauffement climatique est, nous disent-ils, jusqu’à 67% plus polluant que le pétrole que l’on importe. Ils nous présentent les projets d’Enbridge (de l’inversion du flux du Pipeline 9B en direction du Québec), de Keystone XL (devant amener le pétrole canadien vers le Texas), de Northern Gateway (visant à amener celui de l’Alberta vers les marchés asiatiques) et autres initiatives littéralement comme des déclarations de guerre contre la nature et contre l’homme lui-même. Les « méchantes » compagnies pétrolières n’auraient qu’une obsession, à savoir polluer le plus possible la planète Terre pour la rendre inhabitable… OK, je caricature un peu mais vous voyez ce que je veux dire. Évidemment, la vraie question ici n’est pas de savoir si le pétrole est polluant. Bien sûr qu’il l’est, personne n’a jamais dit le contraire. Le véritable but des initiatives qui sont proposées ici dans le domaine de l’industrie pétrolière domestique à l’Amérique du Nord consiste, évidemment, à assurer l’indépendance énergétique du continent. Importer notre pétrole de pays qui sponsorisent le terrorisme ou qui essaient d’exporter l’observance de la charia n’est pas dans notre intérêt. En demeurant dépendant du pétrole livré par des pays, groupes d’influence ou d’intérêts ou des régimes religieux totalitaires qui font la promotion de l’islamisme et/ou terrorisme, nous continuons à être exposés à toutes sortes de tentatives d’intimidation, de chantage, de menaces et de pressions qui ne peuvent qu’être fatales à la souveraineté de nos pays. C’est pourquoi nous devons soutenir les initiatives de la communauté des affaires locale des Amériques, afin que nous puissions obtenir les moyens d’assurer notre autonomie énergétique dans un monde de plus en plus incertain et dangereux.
En second lieu, sur le plan strictement de la science, les arguments ou les « preuves » apportés par les gourous du réchauffement climatique sont non concluantes dans le meilleur des cas. D’autres données suggèrent en effet que nous serions peut-être dans un processus de refroidissement. En effet, selon cet article, la calotte glaciaire aurait crû de 29% de 2012 à 2013, alors que les pseudo-experts de la « science » du réchauffement nous annonçait en 2007 que l’Arctique serait libre de glace en 2013! Or, c’est le soleil qui semble être le facteur déterminant dans les températures que nous observons sur la surface de la Terre. De la même manière qu’il serait idiot de prétendre que le fait de griller une cigarette dans un appartement pourrait faire grimper la température, davantage que le système de chauffage, les fameux « gaz à effet de serres » n’ont aucun impact ou très minime sur la température. C’est le système de chauffage qui fait la différence, i.e. le soleil. Le soleil connait des cycles qui font en sorte que la température varie d’une période à l’autre. Les cycles solaires durent 22 ans, 11 ans pendant lesquelles on se dirige vers le maximum et 11 autres années vers le minimum. Aussi, les cycles solaires démontrent un certain degré de force ou de faiblesse, ce qui peut provoquer des températures froides dans le deuxième cas dans les années suivantes, comme le Minimum de Maunder de 1645-1715. Il y a aussi d’autres phénomènes comme la Grande Année, pendant laquelle les astres de notre système solaire gravitent dans la galaxie pour revenir exactement à leur emplacement initial, qui dure environ 26 000 ans. Nous n’avons aucune idée des écarts de température que cela peut comporter. Il y a également la polarité du champ magnétique solaire, ainsi que les taches solaires qui ont un impact sur les températures. Vous pouvez retrouver ici un site dédié à la climatologie donnant beaucoup d’informations pertinentes sur les variations d’activité du soleil et ses interrelations avec les températures observées. Pour terminer, je vous propose une excellente conférence du Dr. Nir J. Shaviv qui présente ici des données scientifiques crédibles permettant de réaliser un fait très important, à savoir que ce sont les hausses de température qui PRÉCÈDENT les « gaz à effet de serre » et non l’inverse. Une hausse des températures provoquent davantage d’émission de CO2 provenant des océans. Ce processus met des siècles à se réaliser. En d’autres termes, lorsque l’on remarque une augmentation des « gaz à effet de serre », c’est en réaction à la hausse de température qui s’est produit voilà des siècles. Peut-être que cela ne vous convaincra pas mais à ce jour, ce sont les informations les plus crédibles sur la question du fameux « réchauffement climatique » que j’ai pu trouver. Les données à long terme semblent indiquer que les phénomènes de réchauffement ou du refroidissement climatique, toujours temporaires et non pas permanents, sont tout à fait naturels dans leur essence.

The TransCanada Corp Keystone XL expansion: personal tragedies and human suffering through civilization changes
This National Post article about a Nebraska rancher opposed to the passing of the Keystone Pipeline XL expansion on his land is revelatory. Randy Thompson, a cattle buyer, is fighting to avoid a foreign company, TransCanada Corp, from bringing its pipeline on his land. I am saying revelatory because similar situations have happened on thousands of different occasions in the past. Everytime a new empire sets foot, or a new civilization takes roots, or an old one dies, we see good and decent people being caught in the implosion, explosion or redefining of the old ways to set the path for the new ones. People like Mr Thompson who have been forced to relocalize or cede a part of their land, by persuasion or by force, have been millions throughout history. Whether we talk about the Roman Empire conquering the world, the French Revolution cutting a few strategic heads, the armies of Muhammad conquering North Africa or the American colonies declaring their independence, in these occurences, there were always people who, even though they hadn’t done anything wrong, were caught in the processes of change to their detriment. That’s the way I see what is happening to Mr Thompson.
The Anglo-American Empire is under attack by the forces of the Third Reich that have gone underground after WWII, and they are more alive than ever. In effect, they have veiled their activities in all kinds of cloaks, such as the Green movement, social activism of all sorts, counter-culture activities, religious cults, religions per se, and sometimes intelligence agencies and other governmental, military and international organizations that they have infiltrated and co-opted to implement and push forward their agenda. Furthermore, the Anglo-American Empire is under attack as well by the most reactionary people that you can find on the surface of this Earth, the Arab/Islamic world that has been, since WWII, contaminated by nazism due to the collaboration of Hasan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, with Adolf Hitler. This world, driven by the morals of Sharia, proposes of bringing the world back to what it was in 7th century A.D. Clearly, we can’t go back to that era, simply because of the most basic rule of human history: to always look forward. These reactionary elements that we find in the Arab world, in Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia and other states of the Gulf, are basically 7th century Bedouins…with billions of petro-dollars in their pockets…which makes them extremely dangerous. Contrary to westerners, these Bedouins have not worked to get their wealth. They were only lucky enough to be the nomads walking the country when the gasoline engine was invented and that oil became something important. Continuer la lecture
Floods and fires in Canada. Is someone playing HAARP on us?

Since a couple of weeks, there are a few environmental crises that are happening in this country. Mainly, you have the floods in the Provinces of Quebec, Manitoba and New Brunswick. There are floods along the Mississippi River in the United States as well. And you have fires in the Province of Alberta. What I find particularly odd, is that floods are happening these days only where you find important numbers of French-Canadians. The Province of Quebec, where they are the majority; Manitoba where they are just a few but where it used to be home of Patriot Louis Riel; in New Brunswick where there are a good proportion of them…and along the Mississippi River, which was explored thoroughly by French navigators Louis Jolliet, Jacques Marquette and Pierre LeMoyne d’Iberville, among others. Remember that when the French abandon the continent and the British Crown took over Canada, French-Canadians living in the area called in these times Acadia but today New Brunswick, were deported to Louisiana. And you know that you can’t separate the Mississippi River from the State of Louisiana.
As well, you have gigantic fires in the Province of Alberta, where winds have suddenly « changed » direction to consume entire villages in minutes. A region called « Slave Lake » is seriously hurt. Alberta is the area of Canada where you find oil sands. Production is under way for several years now and eventually, we will be able to become indepedent in terms of energy. That will make us safer toward countries that sponsor terrorism, such as countries of the Gulf and others. But now with these fires, production is halted in part and the Rainbow Pipeline, which is a key structure, is shut down. Question: are French-Canadians judged to be a liability in North America, ripe to be blackmailed and threatened using « natural » catastrophies to keep us down? Is Alberta judged to be too militant or fierce or too intense in its desire to make the country independent in terms of energy? Does that tickles the oil power elite of the world? Or the Third Reich that doesn’t like Canada’s position on Israel? Or something else? Does the fact that the area specifically affected is named « Slave Lake » mean something special that we should understand? In other terms that we are slaves and that we should remain as such for our own sake? Check the articles below. Le câble de WikiLeaks sur Power Corporation, Robin Philpot et la « Province » du Canada
Le câble de WikiLeaks publié dans Le Devoir sur les relations entre les hommes politiques canadiens et québécois et Power Corporation a fait beaucoup jaser depuis hier. Envoyé à Washington en 2009 par le nouvel ambassadeur des États-Unis au Canada, David Jacobson, le document met en lumière le questionnement de l’ambassadeur quant au niveau d’influence réelle qu’exerce Power Corporation sur la vie politique canadienne et québécoise. Le câble mentionne également les investissements de Power dans une société pétrolière française, Total, ainsi que dans les sables bitumineux de l’Alberta. L’ambassadeur donne en exemple le comportement de Jean Charest lors du sommet environnemental de Copenhague, où le Premier Ministre du Québec semble avoir adouci sa rhétorique contre le gouvernement Harper et ses politiques sur les gaz à effets de serre.
Je vous propose ici le vidéo d’une conférence que Robin Philpot, auteur du livre Derrière l’État Desmarais: Power a donné au siège de la Société St-Jean-Baptiste voilà quelques années suite à la parution de son livre, ainsi qu’une entrevue donnée sur un ton plus humouristique à l’animateur de radio Benoît Dutrizac du 98,5 FM. Dans le vidéo de la conférence, on y apprend entre autres qu’à peu près rien n’a été publié sur l’empire Desmarais ou Power Corporation à ce jour. Les bibliothèques sont vides, alors que dans n’importe quel autre pays du monde, des dizaines de livres seraient consacrés à une famille aussi importante. Aussi, il semble avoir un vide médiatique autour des Desmarais, comme si on ne pouvait pas parler de cette famille-là ni de leurs affaires. Philpot y fait le tour du parcours financier et monétaire de l’empire et présente comment il s’est constitué. La fortune de la famille a commencé à se matérialiser grâce à l’industrie de l’hydro-électricité, avant que l’État québécois ne la nationalise. Avec les années, plusieurs entreprises se sont ajoutées au holding Desmarais comme Great West, Investors, etc. En de nombreuses occasions, la famille Desmarais a bénéficié de l’aide de l’État québécois ou canadien pour faire l’acquisition d’entreprises ou pour en prendre le contrôle et voilà quelques décennies, de généreuses subventions gouvernementales lui ont été accordées afin de moderniser la machinerie de l’industrie forestière. Or, depuis 1989, l’empire Desmarais n’a pas réinvesti un seul sou dans l’économie québécoise, ce qui est vraiment troublant. The TransCanada Corporation pipeline project: it’s way better to shed oil than blood
Yesterday’s Globe and Mail edition featured an article on oil spills that have happened recently in relation with the North American pipeline that is in the process of being completed. Among recent spills, we have had incidents in a Michigan river, a Chicago suburb, a small ranch and a forest in Alberta and now in North Dakota. As it was to be expected, many have expressed reservations in regards with the pipeline industry, doubting that the activity in itself is anything but secure. Elizabeth May of the Green Party took the opportunity to celebrate her victory in the last elections by presenting the known propaganda line of the Green movement and, after all, she has been elected to do just that. I don’t have a problem with it.
What I have a problem with is, again, the lack of long-term vision that affects a lot of Canadians when comes the time of studying and analysing a situation. Terrorism and Islamic civilization-jihadism is sponsored by oil producer countries, namely Arab and Muslim states such as Saudi Arabia, states of the Gulf, Iran, possibly Pakistan, and others that we don’t know. What we are trying to do in America by constructing this pipeline is to become independent vis à vis these countries that sponsor terrorism and that use the oil supply to exert threats and blackmail on western countries. To give the example of Europe, it seems rather too late for them, if we are to judge on the fact that they have embraced the campaign of delegitimization of Israel put forward by the Organization of the Islamic Conference. Being dependent on the oil coming from the countries of the OIC, the European Union has committed treason on their citizens by accepting that Europe would be progressively assimilated by Islam and its values. We can see it by the enormous amount of immigrants that pour in every year coming from Arab and Muslims countries. These immigrants are arabizing and islamizing Europe, and its leaders don’t do anything to counter that, because they are complicit. They have struck a deal with the OIC and they have to keep their end of the bargain. Is it what you would like to happen to North America, to have a bunch of mullahs and imams setting their agenda on us, to be able to islamize and assimilate our countries? Continuer la lecture
Alberta and Quebec: the birth of the new Canada
First, let me congratulate you, Neil, for having written this piece. By the way, the alchemical reference in the title is terrific. I think you begin to get the picture. Canada, historically, used to be a bipolar entity run by Ottawa, where resides federal power, and by Quebec with its « société distincte » based on language and culture. So Ontario and Quebec used to be the two provinces where decisions were made or where trends were manufactured or developed. Now, in the 21st century, things are changing. With a planet of roughly 7 billion inhabitants, energy is a key element in the composition of a state.
In that regard, it is only logical that Alberta emerges now as the new center for English-Canada. Oil being increasingly determinant in shaping countries’s foreign policy, the province imposes itself as the new voice for stating the political agenda in the country. And Quebec, being already a giant in the production of electricity, may keep its position as a leader of influence, and even more if you consider that the province decided to add the oil-and-gas-industry to its portfolio and to undertake the exploitation of the Old Harry pit and of shale gas deposits in the St-Lawrence valley. If Ontario and Quebec used to be the two main voices in Canada until today, now it is Alberta and Quebec. Why Ontario isn’t anymore a leader in Canada, would you ask? Maybe because Ontario is synonymous with the past, when Canada was considered to be not much more than just a colony where companies could pillage natural resources and exploit the population for its workforce capabilities. In those years, much emphasis was being put on Canada’s inclusion in the Commonwealth and its disguised submission to the british royal family. In other terms, that vision of the country, which was fabricated for the 19th century when the country itself was born, is now outdated.
Like everything else, the political life evolves and countries with it. That is why the arrival of the Conservative Party is something interesting. Overall, they have a vision of the country, of foreign policy, of geo-politics that is much more mature than the one of the other parties. And the Bloc Québécois, after 20 years, begins to show cracks in the wall as many Quebeckers ask themselves about the pertinence to keep a sovereignist party in Ottawa that can’t do the sovereignty anyway and leaves us in the opposition forever. I always voted for the Bloc since its inception. But this coming election, I will vote for the Conservatives. They have a lot of policies with which I disagree…but they support Israel. You see, Israel is the barometer of a country’s foreign policy. You wanna know where a country lies on the geo-political scale? Check its policy toward Israel. It tells all. The fact that the Conservatives support Israel means that they would increase the pressure on Islamists, use tribunals to expulse them out of the country, take measures to protect our culture, our civilization and our values, etc. But, most importantly, it means that they get the picture of the geo-political theater and have a good take on the actors that are playing in it.
The Bloc Québécois was born when MPs from Quebec split away from their parties after the Meech Lake debacle. To use an image, it is almost as if the Progressive faction of the Progressive Conservative Party would have split. It probably has, since the Party slowly disintegrated afterwards. When it was brought back to life through a merger with the Canadian Alliance Party, the Progressive element had disappeared, only the Conservative element remained. You know what? I just had a crazy idea… What if the Conservative Party and the Bloc Québécois create a coalition to allow ourselves to have a majority in the Parliament? Wouldn’t it resemble Alberta and Quebec united? Wouldn’t it resemble a new Progressive Conservative Party? Michel Kelly-Gagnon is right with his analysis. It is time that we move on. And you are right, Neil. The fleur-de-lys and the rose could and can unite. It is probably one of the greatest realization of alchemy if we can achieve it. Let’s keep our eyes on the goal.
